Nadine Graham, Senior Instructor
Nadine Graham has been with Trinus Technologies as a software instructor for seven years. She brings with her a strong set of organizational skills and understanding from more than a decade of experience as an executive assistant. Nadine has been responsible for developing training and reference material for the RCMP’s major case management (MCM) program and has trained hundreds of investigators, analysts and data entry personnel in its use and implementation. During the 2002 G8 Summit, Nadine was employed full time as an MCM database trainer and report specialist to the Joint Intelligence Group during the 8 months that led up to the summit. Since April 2003, Nadine has been a Certified i2 Instructor, with certification to train users in Analyst’s Notebook and the use of iBridge configuration files. As part of her 2007 certification, Nadine is qualified to instruct in Analyst’s Notebook Level I & II, iBase, iBase Designer, PatternTracer, and TextChart, in addition to iBridge.
Eric Niclaes, Bilingual Instructor
Eric Niclaes recently joined the i2 Training Services team. Retiring after 25 years with the Department of National Defense, Eric brings with him a wealth of international peacekeeping and policing experience. Throughout his career as a Military Policeman, Eric occupied various positions extending from Patrol duties, Automated Data Processing Investigator to Criminal Investigator with the National Investigation Service. Over the years, Eric was deployed in Haiti, Kosovo and twice with Foreign Affairs in Zaire and Japan. Eric finished his career as Regional Criminal Intelligence Coordinator where he acquired expertise in Criminal Intelligence. Eric is thrilled to join the Trinus Team and looks forward to sharing and applying his knowledge and experience.
