News Release: Edmonton, Alberta, Canada July 11, 2007

PPM 2000 Inc., a leading developer of Incident, Investigation and Case Management solutions for security, safety and risk management, announced today that it has partnered with the Intelligence Support Services (ISS) division of Trinus Technologies Inc., a provider of Global Investigation/Intelligence Management solutions, for a new level of visual analysis and business intelligence expertise.

The synergies between PPM 2000 and Trinus Technologies are driven by the partnerships that both companies have with i2 Inc., the world's leading provider of Investigative Analysis and Visualization software for law enforcement, intelligence, military and Fortune 500 organizations. PPM 2000 partnered with i2 to develop a Visual Analysis Module for PerspectiveTM, their enterprise-level Incident Management application, while Trinus Technologies is one of i2's most sought after certified trainers, product integrators and connectivity developers for many software applications including Analyst's Notebook®, iBridge, iBase, iBridge Developer and iBase Designer.

By deploying the Visual Analysis Module, PerspectiveTM users gain access to dynamic link analysis functionality that uncovers the complex, and seemingly disparate, relationships between hundreds or thousands of incidents, persons, vehicles and items. From there, all of the visualizations can be carried into i2's applications (including Analyst's Notebook® where users can connect to their other databases for advanced analysis, in-depth visual analytics and intelligence gathering.

"Working with Trinus Technologies and their i2 experts, we can expose the complementary features and concepts that exist between our software systems," commented Brian McIlravey, CPP, PPM 2000's Vice-President of Professional Services & Business Development. "We can offer a higher level of training for our Visual Analysis Module and its i2 integration, and we can actively work with our clients to garner intelligence from their incident and investigation records."

"Analysis is a critical component of incident management and investigative initiatives," states Bradley Siddell, Manager of the ISS Division of Trinus and former Director of Criminal Intelligence and Technical Operations for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. "It is the heart of the intelligence cycle, which includes the collection, collation, evaluation, analysis and dissemination of information-transforming that raw data into actionable intelligence. Being able to bridge the connectivity gaps between information systems is the key to optimizing access to incompatible, multiple or parallel systems. By combining our information management expertise with PPM 2000, these barriers to the collection and analysis of relevant data have been diminished."

Added Don Murphy, PPM 2000's President & CEO, "We have already encountered a number of PerspectiveTM clients that have i2 software installed or are in the process of purchasing it. Our partnership with Trinus Technologies gives our clients access to certified product experts who can maximize their investigative abilities and take full advantage of the synergies between our Incident Management software, its Visual Analysis Module and i2's product line."
