Trinus Technologies is very pleased to announce that we have secured a Trading Partner Agreement with the Federal Government of Canada. What does this mean to our clients? As a Federal Government employee you may contract our services directly! You may sole source a contract with us up to a value of $25,000.00. In addition, you may enter into a contract agreement with us up to a value of $84,000.00 subject to a quote comparison with two other companies that offer the same services and products.
Step #1 - Complete a Statement of Work.
Step #2 - Notify your Regional Procurement Officer and advise them you have selected Trinus Technologies as the vendor.
Securing short or long term business with the Canadian Federal Government requires that a business or vendor follow strict professional guidelines. All significant business ventures are administered through PWGSC. In order to provide technical consulting, training, or computer products and services for the Federal Government, a company must have either a "standing offer" of "supply arrangement". Government employees are required to consult with their procurement officers prior to purchasing products or services, especially if related to IT.
Trinus Technologies has followed all the steps and protocols through the Office of Small and Medium Enterprises and Professional Services Online. Today there are no impediments for us to do business with any Department of the Federal Government. To assist with the selection of our services and acquisition of our personnel and expertise, many of our staff have been security cleared. All employees have undergone a criminal records check. Some of our staff are cleared to Enhanced Reliability, Secret, Top Secret, and above.
