Outlook 2003 has a nifty little feature that remembers the past contacts that you have sent e-mail to. Simply start typing the name and Outlook will offer contact suggestions through the drop down box (see image). However, what if at some point you type in the wrong e-mail adddres, or you would like to remove that person's contact from your drop down list?
No problem with Outlook 2003, just use the down arrows on your keyboard to select the name you don't want anymore, and then click your delete key on your keyboard. Voila! It is gone.
