Network Assessments
Written by Glen Cunningham

Network assessments are proving to be a valuable service to our customers. Our process is the following:

  • Inventory assets
  • Test the network
  • Audit use of the system
  • Provide a written assessment with recommendations

This gives the customer the opportunity to create a current asset inventory, future personnel planning, forecast capital financial expenditures and system replacement. Many of our customers have found this to be an effective planning tool and if you would like to see a sample of an assessment plan contact us.

Spam Filters Working Overtime
Written by Jason Vance

If you are a client of our e-mail and spam filtering services, you may have noticed a further reduction in your spam e-mails over this last week.

We have upgraded our mail server to give better service to our clients. Here are some quick stats that we have run on the system:

8800 Spam Messages Filtered

1300 Spam Messages Not Filtered

That is a positive "catch rate" of 85%!

If you would like more information about this service, feel free to contact us
